Terms of sales
Prices include VAT. VAT on books in Italy is 0%, on Media products 20%. Shipment fees are carried by the customer. Goods travel at customer's risk. La Libreria Militare cannot guarantee delivery timing, and will not accept any responsibility for delays or undelivered shipments. Returns are regulated under the European Law. The customer, if unsatisfied, could return the goods, at his own expenses, within seven days of delivery, and will be refunded for the value of goods, original shipment fees excluded. DVDs, VHSs, CDs and Softwares cannot be returned if unsealed (except defective goods). Returns as results of our mistake will be refunded totally.
Procedures
The order is firm. The order will be shipped as soon as possible. The customer will be informed of any delay or problem arised. Books are in normal sale condition. The customer will be informed of any defect and change of price, cover and format. La Libreria Militare could refuse to serve a customer, without explanations. Customer will be promptly informed.
Privacy Law
Referring to European /Italian privacy regulations (L. 675/96) all data are strictly reserved and will be used only by Libreria Militare, Postal and Bank Services in the fullfillment of the business. La Libreria Militare will never give to third parties (excluded Law Enforcement Acts) any customer's sensitive data. La Libreria Militare is not a political subject and is not responsible of any contents of the books in sale, responsibility which is carried, always, by the author and by the publisher under the Italian and European laws.
